Concept & Design

TYPE 110 Moto Kit was born from our TYPE 110 Custom Project  inspired by the iconic 1960s Triumph Tiger 110.

The design intent was clear:
to give your Triumph a shorter, sportier, and more modern classic silhouette, while preserving the motorcycle’s original structure.

At the core of this project lies a defining principle —
every component is newly designed under a true plug-and-play concept.
All parts are engineered to bolt directly onto the motorcycle without cutting, modifying, or altering the rear frame in any way.

This approach allows TYPE 110 to dramatically transform the proportions and character of the Triumph, while maintaining factory integrity, functionality, and reliability.

Seat & Material Concept

For this collection, we introduce a newly selected woven synthetic leather, adding depth, texture, and a refined tactile quality to the seat.
The material blends classic craftsmanship with a contemporary aesthetic, enhancing both visual detail and riding presence.

We use high-density foam cushioning to support clean, well-defined stitching lines — a signature element of Crafton Atelier seat construction.

Notes
• Seats are ready to bolt on, no adaptation required
• Real stitching seats are not fully waterproof, but dry naturally after exposure to moisture
• Every seat includes a waterproof seat cover for multi-purpose use
• Manufacturing time: 20–25 days
